Shipping policy

We ship the spring issue between May and July, and the fall issue between October and December. Merchandise orders are typically processed within a few days of order receipt. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We request Mountain Gazette subscribers to always keep their addresses up to date through their subscriber profile page or by contacting our email support at help@mountaingazette.com. We make two delivery attempts at no extra cost.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in genuine cases or situations deemed acceptable. This policy applies to both subscriptions and merchandise. All sales are final.
