WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Mountain Gazette releases new issues in the spring and fall each year. We process every order as soon as the magazines arrive at our warehouse. Once your copy leaves the warehouse it is delivered by FedEx or USPS depending on the address you entered as checkout. FedEx and USPS are losing between 3-5% of issues (it's a headache for us, too). With that said, please email email@example.com with your order number in the Subject Line and we'll get a status update on your order. We answer customer service emails on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY ADDRESS?
Please send address updates to firstname.lastname@example.org with Address Change! in the Subject Line. We are working on an incredible new website that will allow folks to change this themselves in the future. We hope to go live this fall with the new site!
AM I SUBSCRIBED?
Each Mountain Gazette subscription reserves two copies for the subscriber. Our new site will enable the ability to subscribe for more than one year, give gift subscriptions, and more. In the meantime, please email email@example.com with AM I SUBSCRIBED? in the Subject Line and we'll give you the status of your subscription.
HOW MANY ISSUES ARE INCLUDED IN MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Mountain Gazette published two issues per year. Our subscription currently guarantees two issues. We've enabled auto-renew to ensure you never miss a new issue of MG.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MAGAZINE?
Magazines arrived at our warehouse in late-October-early November (fall issue) and April-May (spring issue). As soon as they arrive our warehouse carefully processes each order, inserts our special subscriber sticker, and ships them out. This process typically takes 5-7 business days. International orders take much longer. You will receive your copy of the new Mountain Gazette within two weeks of when the magazine arrives at our warehouse.
