Refund policy

Mountain Gazette is a limited-edition publication. The number of subscribers determines the size of our inventory. Customers will have 48 hours from the purchase/auto-renewal of their subscription to request a refund. Subscriptions are recurring and renew after your second issue arrives.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 8-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Cancellations can be made at any time through the customer profile. Customers can request a password reset by emailing help@mountaingazette.com

We do not offer exchanges on apparel, books, accessories, or art. Please reach out to help@mountaingazette.com for any questions about apparel sizing prior to making your purchase. Sales are final for these items.
