Father’s Day Gift Guide

Father’s Day Gift Guide

Every year for as long as I can remember my sister and I gave our dad a fruit tree to plant in his yard…until he asked us to stop doing that. He had too many fruit trees, the deer were eating the hell of them, and making a mess of the yard. So we don’t buy fruit trees for dad anymore. Maybe your own Dad needs something new. We made a Father’s Day Package that gets him a subscription to the Gazette, a corduroy hat, and the Groovy T. Add the current issue and 199 will be on the way to his home in time for Father’s Day. Here’s a list of some of my favorite items in our store that would make great gifts for Dad this year. -Mike Rogge, editor
Groovy T-shirt
The Mountain Gazette Groovy T-shirt comes in eight different colors and is a favorite of Goose drummer Jeff Arevelo on tour. It’s super soft and features Hannah Eddy’s MG logo on the back.
Mountain Gazette Gift Subscription
This subscription won’t auto-renew. Dad will have to re-up himself. Give Dad the gift of 160+ pages of epic mountain culture stories, longform journalism, stunning photography, and original art. Subscribe Dad today and add Current Issue to ensure he gets 199.
The Classic Sweatshirt
The Mountain Gazette crew says this is the best sweatshirt we’ve ever made. That’s all you need to really know.
When in Doubt, Go Higher Corduroy Hat
I’m a Dad and this is my favorite hat. I wear it all of the time. It’s available in multiple colors thought I went with the Nantucket red above. You can take the kid out of the East Coast…
Tire Dad Hat
I was going to make a joke here about being “tired” but I refuse to make Dad jokes. No way. No how. My dad did teach me how to ride a bike. Let this hat commemorate that achievement.
Mountain Wave T-shirt
Another one available in multiple color ways (nine to be exact), the Mountain Wave T-shirt is comfortable. That’s all a dad really needs on Father’s Day. Comfort and relaxation.

There are a whole lot more items in the MG Merch store. You can check out new arrivals, posters, or, of course, subscribe Dad to Mountain Gazette.
Happy Father’s Day!
